12/3/15 Meeting Recap

Our weekly meeting was dedicated to a discussion reflecting on the Fall semester and our plans for the Spring semester.

The trip taken to the Boys’ and Girls’ Club location in Lawrenceville was reviewed. The Boys’ and Girls’ Club would like the Rider PRSSA to help them with their public relations tactics, as part of the Society’s Professional Services Committee. We will begin to work with them in January 2016.

We also reviewed the Sports Communication Workshop, which was held last month. Overall, it was an informative event different from others we have hosted. We would like to host more events similar to this one in the future.

We also conducted Executive Board Elections for next semester. Congratulations to all of those who were elected and nominated. All those who were elected will begin their terms in January, and keep their positions until December 2016.

As the semester comes to a close, the Rider PRSSA would like to wish everyone a Happy Holiday season and a safe Winter Break.
