This week, our meeting was dedicated to debreifing our past events.
The “Top Five” movie night was successful; the Society will continue to have movie nights, as well as other social events. We would like to host an outdoor movie night and organize sports activities during the beginning of the fall semester next year.
The Crisis in Communications Event was also successful. Many students came out to listen to the panel and ask questions. When the event concluded, the speakers stayed for almost an hour to network with PRSSA members.
In the next few weeks we are looking to book a table at Daly’s or Cranberry’s, to have students learn about and join the PRSSA. We will need volunteers to represent the us at this tabling, so send an e-mail if you are interested in helping out.
There are only three meetings left in the semester, so be sure to join us in Fine Arts Room 200 on Tuesdays at 11:30 am.
